This is a hands-on clinic where you will practice and refine your squat technique. We will work through:

  • Warm ups for squat 

  • Bracing technique 

  • Barbell safety - how to safely fail in training

  • Barbell position on the back

  • Hand and arm position

  • Foot position

  • Weight distribution during the squat

  • How to work your way to proper depth

  • Powerlifting squat rules and commands

Each attendee will receive a handout with squat tips and tricks.

 

Wear workout clothes and squat shoes.
